A Day Out :)
Since Chinese New Year is less than a week away, my Mom, uncle and I brought my grandfather for a haircut. According to my Ah Gong, this is the barber that he will always visit when he needs a haircut. All of us waited for about 30mins before it was Ah Gong's turn. I was quite surprised that the wait was this long as the barber had only 1 customer in the shop. I went into the hair salon with Ah Gong and found out exactly why the wait was longer than usual salons. The barber not only cuts the customer's hair, he also shaves the facial and ear hair. Guess what? He even trims the hair in the nose trills. I was amazed and at the same time, impressed with the detailed service that they provide. I think it is located at Blk 51 Toa Payoh Lorong 6 . It opens from 8.30am-5.30pm and they are closed on Fridays. After that, we went to get good food (again HAHA #thefatlife but who cares hehe) We went to Shrove Tuesday.
